We're actively seeking talented individuals to join our expanding team in Data Centre operations and facilities management. If you're an experienced Senior Engineer/Lead Engineer or Technician with hands-on experience in Data Centre cabling infrastructure, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

1)  Senior / Lead Engineer - Data Centre Cabling Infrastructure

• Design and plan Data Centre Cabling Infrastructure for flexibility, redundancy, stability, security, and sustainability.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, RFQ documents, and drawings aligned with project specifications.
• Manage contractors for construction activities and oversee work acceptance.
• Attend project coordination meetings, technical discussions, and conduct site inspections.
• Maintain Data Centre cabling infrastructure, ensuring regular inspections for health and quality checks.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by managers.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology Management, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the data centre industry.
• Strong expertise in designing and managing Data Centre structured cabling systems and construction projects.
• Proficiency in Data Centre internal/external project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with TIA-942 infrastructure standard.
• Preferred certifications: CDCP, PMP.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation to achieve results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player.
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
