Job Description

Our client, one of the leading virtual banks in HK, is looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager to join their team to handle customers' enquiries related to the bank's investment products.

Job duties

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls to address customer inquiries, transactions, and requests for the bank's investment products and services
  • Assist in investigating transactions and evaluating customers' complaints, ensuring a fair and prompt resolution
  • Respond to complainants and regulators through both verbal and written communication channels
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure resolve customer requests and issues
  • Provide support to management and propose initiatives to streamline processes and improve customer service quality

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer services in banking and/or insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of investment funds and wealth management products is highly preferred
  • Must possess SFC Paper 1, 7 and 8
  • Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
