Job Description
Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- 4 years or above experience in full spectrum of secretarial support
- Previous experience in supporting administration and personal matters
- Detail-oriented, cheerful, self-initiative with good organization skills
- Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP
- Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Assist Managing Director on full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support
- Handle travel logistics including hotel accommodation and transportation booking
- Responsible for diary management and scheduling business meetings & conference
- Provide support on preparing meeting documents, minutes and expenses reports
- Perform general administration duties and maintain efficient company database
