Responsibilities: 
- Connecting with international brokers, exchanges, trading infrastructure vendors and market data vendors for different technical requirements;
- Collaborating with internal team members across departments and external partners to maintain trading continuity with fast evolving software version upgrade, exchange mandatory changes and trading system optimizations;
- Delivering and managing priority of projects with timeline estimation, resource allocation and risk item identification;
- Negotiating business terms with telco and data vendors to fulfill internal requirements;
- Exploring new opportunities to develop ultra-low latency trading system and related infrastructures.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electronic Engineering;
- 1-5 years of experience in cash equities/derivatives of low-latency trading infrastructure technologies;
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Chinese;
- Excellent skillset in coordination, teamwork and project management.
