Responsibilities:

• Sr. Eng. shall be able to coordinated, monitored, executed and project manage E&M (Electrical / HVAC) from design stage to expiry of DLP stage in Building Services project.
• Attend regular site meeting and liaise with client's representative, architects and sub-contractors.
• Monitor overall contractual and technical matters for projects.
• Provide technical support, quality control and perform site supervision.

Requirements:

• Higher Dip. or above in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years' HVAC / electrical / civil experience in large scale building services projects (Casino/Hotel/Convention & Exhibition Center or similar nature) gained from construction companies / engineering contractors is preferred.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Possess excellent leadership and management skills.
• Grade A registered electrican certification is preferred.
• Candidates with knowledge and experience in Central Hot Water System will be given priority.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
