About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Design and plan the mobile core networks and services
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on the solution and technical service delivery
• Review and propose network solutions, technology evolution and capacity management in mobile core network
• Participate in new core network services / projects rollout
• Perform data analysis on network performance and user experience

Requirements:                                                                                                    

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in mobile core network development, planning or maintenance 
• Knowledge in PS service or CS/IMS service, such as Policy and charging control, mobility, voice and messaging, Roaming, Telecom Signaling
• Familiar with VAS, Cloud or Datacom would be an advantage
• A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
