Summary:

Reports into Application Manager, this System Analyst will lead the design, technical analysis, implementation and customization of SAP FICO (SAP HANA S4).

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years' experience in SAP FICO, of which no less than 3 years in new system implementation. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate business requirements and current systems
• Design new system's specifications and prepare documents (i.e. RFP/ RFQ, business & technical specs, design diagram, system workflow, etc.)
• Create project plans and milestones to manage timeline, resources, budget, project scopes and mechanism for keeping track of bugs/ changes
•  Manage and collaborate with external vendors throughout end-to-end project cycle
• Develop test plans and assist in UAT
• Provide training to educate users to ease with new system adoption 

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• With 5+ years' work experience in SAP FICO (FI/CO) modules
• At least 3 years' experience in project implementation 
• Familiar with system integration and migration
• Good interpersonal and business stakeholder management skills
• Good command of language skills in English and Chinese
