Job Description
As a vital member of our Human Resources Business Partner team, you will lead the planning and execution of comprehensive HR initiatives. Your strategic focus will encompass areas such as recruitment, employee relations programs, and tailored employment branding initiatives for our Asset Management and Corporate Office business units. Join us in contributing to the evolution of our human resources strategies and playing a key role in shaping a thriving workplace.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Human Resources Manager to develop and implement strategic recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Managing recruitment and selection processes, including shortlisting, conducting interviews, and actively participating in the candidate selection process.
- Assist in formulating and reviewing human resources policies, procedures, and workflows in alignment with the Group’s strategy and direction.
- Assist in the preparation of employee and HR metric data reports, providing valuable insights and analysis as required.
- Administer and coordinate onboarding and induction programs, facilitating the smooth integration of new employees into our dynamic work environment.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support in various staff-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource databases/systems, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of Human Resources data.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experiences in Human Resources area. Preferably gained in Customer Services, Property Management, or Hospitality Industry.
- Well-organized, multi-task-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective collaboration with HR specialist teams, get along well with various departments in fostering business partnerships.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances.
- Proficiency in Computer Skills including MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel etc.
- Familiar with Social Media Recruitment Platforms and HRMS implementation experiences will be an advantage.
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
