Job Descriptions: 

• Independently lead actuarial projects within the employee benefits domain, including areas like group medical and life insurance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert, completing consulting projects and work closely with our business development consultants to present findings to clients in meetings.
• Collect market information and conduct internal and external product analysis for deriving the right product solutions and product strategies to meet customer needs and competitive market environments
• Define the product strategies and actively create / explore new product ideas for the relevant product lines to support multi-channels distribution
• Support the review of actuarial models and reports related to employee benefits, offering advice on modelling approaches and providing insights to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure the analysis outcomes and results are effectively delivered and communicated.
• Drive research and development to enhance company solutions and foster growth.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as necessary. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business or related degree is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, particularly with a background in actuarial valuation, is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both in a team and independently.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to demonstrate leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
