About us

To represent the interests of medical practitioners in Hong Kong, the Association nominates members to serve various medical and related statutory and non-statutory institutions including the Medical Council of Hong Kong, Optometrists Board, Pharmacy and Poisons Board, etc. In addition, the Hong Kong Medical Association and the Chinese Medical Association of Mainland China exchange visits to each other on a regular basis to promote a friendly relationship and understanding of medical development in the two places.

Qualifications & experience

• 1 year of working experience in Corporate; Communications/Design/Marketing or related fields
• Higher Diploma/Degree Holder in digital marketing, creative writing for new media, public relations, or relevant disciplines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• A self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Canva, Filmora and Wix will be a plus
• Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as an Assistant Executive Officer

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in the production of video/multi-media materials (e.g. graphic and video production)
• Provide content writing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading services for various corporate communications material, including newsletters, speeches, presentations, social media content etc.
• Support the Association’s PR events and promotion initiatives, including vendor coordination and logistic arrangements
• Provide administrative support on the daily operation of the team
