Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 4 for implementing marketing campaigns, organizing PR events & press conference and preparing press release write up under the regulations of SRPA
• Liaise with different departments and advertising / PR agencies to create all-rounded marketing collaterals for residential development projects
• Bridge efficient and good media relationships
• Co-ordinate with Project Management (PM) Department and professional consultants for smooth execution and high level of quality on all marketing activities
• Develop product features with PM Department with marketable concepts 
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years' solid experience with event management
• Experience with shopping malls, property developers or PR agencies is an advantage
• Creative and well organized with problem-solving skill and can-do attitude
• Able to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
• Good multi-tasking, interpersonal communication and presentation skill; able to work under pressure
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Willing to work overtime; Work on weekends and Public Holidays when necessary
