工程經理

Responsibilities:
職責

• Lead and supervise a technical  team to carry out building maintenance and operation work;帶領及監察工程團隊工作，負責大廈日常維修及各類工程運作；
• Monitoring contractors for providing quality services;管控各類工程，以提供優質服務；
• Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance works;負責各類維修及保養工程招標文件
• Maintain good relationship with clients and handle theirs requests on technical aspects;與客戶緊密聯絡溝通，維持良好的工程質量和客戶服務
• Handle emergency incidents or enquiries and provide effective solutions;處理及解決各類緊急事項 ；

Requirements:
要求：

• Bachelor Degree or above in Building Services Engineering or related discipline;具有工程管理或相關專業學士學位或以上學歷；
• Well versed with Building and Property Management Ordinance;熟悉物業管理條例；
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in property management with at least 3 years at supervisory level;具有最少10年物業管理工作經驗及最少3年管理級經驗；
• Registered Safety Officer/ Safety Auditor/ Class 3 Fire Service Installation Contractor are preferred;具有註冊安全主任證書會優先考慮
• Good communication skill, analyzing skill, problem solving skill, with a detail mind and  strong in internal control;良好溝通，分析及解決問題能力，細心及善於內部管控；
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;流利英語，粵語和普通話及良好中英文寫作。
