Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administrative work and documentation of the department
- Handle overall file management and office equipment maintenance of the department according to the Bank’s policies
- Provide administrative services and support to matters related to the Board of Directors and committees including logistics arrangement for meetings
- Prepare annual departmental budget and monitor its implementation
- Assist the department/deputy heads in management of departmental affairs
- Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed
Requirements:
- Degree holder or Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions
- Good team player, positive attitude, and willing to work under high pressure and tight timeline
- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PPT and Chinese typewriting is a must
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
