Our client is a global healthcare solutions leader. They are now expanding their business and looking for a Marketing Manager (pharmaceuticals) to lead a small team to manage the diverse portfolio and take the lead in brands development.

Description
- Consolidate and establish the strategic direction for all product portfolios.
- Assess the feasibility and potential of new product and market advancements.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing strategies, advertising, and promotional programs, ensuring their implementation.
- Analyze market trends and sales potential, providing monthly projected forecasts along with recommended action plans to achieve those forecasts.
- Maintain communication with key customers to track promotional efforts and stay informed about customer needs.
- Develop field-test methods for merchandising programs to determine customer acceptance, evaluate the effectiveness of promotional efforts, and stay informed about the requirements of different market segments.
- Evaluate the performance of current product sales by territory and customer, and propose changes to the marketing plan to address any issues.
- Create promotional materials and marketing initiatives aligned with product promotion cycles.
- Organize the launch of new products and oversee related activities, including clinical trials, seeding programs, and detailing cycles.
- Identify new marketing opportunities through regular joint visits with the field force. Provide technical and academic information to support the field force in product promotion and competition handling.
- Develop training materials and conduct refresher training courses for the field force.
- Maintain communication with headquarters regarding product development.
- Develop a Multiple Channel Engagement platform to support the field team.
Profile
The successful candidate should be a degree holder in Marketing or related discipline. Talents should come up with at least 10 years of experience in product management, brand development and marketing experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
