Responsibility

• Identify and approach potential customers on Managed Services and infrastructure projects
• Work with our technical team to define, enhance our existing service mode / offer and develop & communicate solutions
• Familiar ITIL processes to advise on how the team could improve business efficiency 
• Negotiate and manage complex sales-cycles and present the solution target customers.
• Collect customer requirements and identify their pain points

 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 5 years experience in Sales for Managed Services contracts on IT Infrastructure / Cloud Services
• Familiar the experience and knowledge in:
  1. Computers, networking technology and cloud computing  and infrastructure.
  2. Managed Services tools (ITSM , ITOM, AIOps).
  3. ITIL best practice and majority processes (e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Release etc)
  4. IT Support Outsourcing model and infrastructure outsourcing
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, customer management, leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent Cantonese , English and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
