Qualifications & experience

• 教育背景：  大學本科及以上學歷，物流管理、理工科、法學等相關專業。 年齡要求： 35-35歲之間； 工作經驗： 1、熟悉專案類招標採購流程，熟悉供應商管理與考核 ； 3、大中型企業2年以上相關工作經驗； 4、具有良好的溝通能力、執行能力，具有團隊合作精神，思維敏捷； 5、有較強的責任心，可以承受較高的工作壓力，公正廉潔自律，以公司利益為重。 6、能流利使用普通話、英語、粵語進行工作和交流；

Tasks & responsibilities

• 1、負責與需求部門高效配合，明晰採購品類的品質、物流、售後等要求與規範； 2、負責採購物資的招標採購活動的具體執行； 3、負責採購物流的跟進與落實，退換貨處理； 4、負責協助完成採購合同與財務付款； 5、供應商的聯繫、詢價和資質審核； 6、建立供應商庫，供應商檔案管理； 7、合同管理：組織制定修訂採購類合同範本並定期維護優化； 8、招標專項計畫管理：組織協調編制招標專項計畫範本並持續優化。 9、同職能部門聯絡，協調採購服務合同事宜； 10、提交、跟蹤、推進採購相關合同審批流程； 11、建立採購合同台賬，合同執行的跟蹤，對接業務部門的付款； 12、完成領導交代的其他任務。
