Responsibilities:

• Provide a superb customer experience to all customers.
• Handle customer’s order and data input in a smooth procedure. 
• Offer solutions to solve customers’ issues in a professional manner.
• Manage the display and image of the customer center to offer the best shopping experiences for all customers.
• No need to cold call.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in MLM industry.
• Passionate, mature, independent, and positive mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
• Good command of written & spoken English & Cantonese. Putonghua is a bonus.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• 5 working days per week; shift duty is required.
•  Immediate available preferred.
