Responsibilities

• Handling all internal and external phone calls 
• Handling incoming and outgoing mails and documents as well as the arrangement of courier pick up and delivery
• Arrange repair service and assist in other facilities setup and maintenance
• Provide general clerical and administrative support
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements 

• F7 or above. Degree holder is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years working experience 
• Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS word, excel, Powerpoint)
• AutoCAD is an advantage
• Courteous, mature, willing to learn with strong sense of responsibility
• immediate availability
