Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of Payroll and C&B administration duties including monthly payroll, final payment calculation, leave administrations, MPF contributions, tax returns, benefits administration and other C&B administration related matters for Macao and Hong Kong
• Prepare employee movement, payroll, surveys and other HR related reports
• Responsible for accurately maintaining and updating personnel information in HRIS and related files in an accurate manner
• Handle employee inquiries related to responsible scope
• Manage international assignment administration including visa application, relocation support
• Support other HR and administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with 2+ years of relevant work experience in a sizable firm
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and HR Systems (e.g. SAP)
• Detail-minded, strong numerical sense with high degree of accuracy
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment
• Self-initiated, strong sense of accountability
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
