Responsibilities:

• Maintain the daily operation and provide support for the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system
• Enhance customer satisfaction through post-sales support and service provisioning
• Provide professional advice, analysis, investigation and responses to information security incidents
• Evaluate customer change requests to ensure the effectiveness of information security policies
• Deliver customer reports and service guidelines within specified timelines
• Monitor security services and handle customer requests

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma, Associate or Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related subjects in Information Security
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology; fresh graduates are also welcome and training will be provided
• Knowledge of Splunk is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of networking, including TCP, UDP, IP, routing, and network topologies
• Familiarity with security products, such as Firewalls and IPS would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
