Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management in both business activities and personal matters
- Handle business correspondence, other confidential and professional documents as instructed
- Assist to draft various English and Chinese business correspondences in a professional manner
- Responsible for arranging and monitoring the day-to-day operation for the whole family household
- Manage and supervise the domestic helpers, drivers, chef, securities, etc.
- Responsible for property and facilities management and maintenance, renovation, repair, etc.
- Maintain good communication with schools and teachers
- Handle administrative works, including reimbursement, payment requisition, duty roster, data filing
- Out of office work and travel upon request
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- 1-4 years' relevant working experiences
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a must
- Independent, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability would be an advantage
