Job Description
Responsibilities
- To deliver excellent service based on customer service protocol and ensure customer satisfaction via telephone calls, WhatsApp and/or in-person
- Cooperate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems for ticketing enquiries
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or other related fields is preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer services, ticketing or other related industry is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin would be advantageous
- Good customer relations and problem-solving skills
- Polite and independent
- Able to multi-task
- Good communication and organising skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Shift duty is required
