Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To deliver excellent service based on customer service protocol and ensure customer satisfaction via telephone calls, WhatsApp and/or in-person
  • Cooperate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems for ticketing enquiries
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or other related fields is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer services, ticketing or other related industry is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin would be advantageous
  • Good customer relations and problem-solving skills
  • Polite and independent
  • Able to multi-task
  • Good communication and organising skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Shift duty is required
