Job Description

A Day in The Life
- Solve customer requests from any touchpoint, taking ownership and making decisions that align with our quality standards and procedures.
- Engage with customers in a personalized and efficient manner, building rapport and provide relevant solutions.
- Understand the business context and when to escalate issues to ensure a positive outcome for both Nespresso and the customer.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in processes, tools, organization, and services.
- Proactively anticipate and address future customer issues by analyzing their profiles and habits.
- Identify opportunities for sales and brand promotion, suggest new products and encouraging upselling or cross-selling.
- Propose new and efficient ways of working, raising the bar for customer journey and lifecycle.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service / sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Proactive, a keen eye for details with a positive can-do attitude.
- The drive to take ownership of your own development, actively seeking out opportunities to learn and grow.
