The Repulse Bay is seeking for an in-house Information Technology Officer to support the daily IT needs of the company.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide helpdesk support to users and troubleshoot issues on all IT aspects including hardware, software and system network
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support and maintenance
• Provide first line technical support for IT issues or ad-hoc IT-related tasks during and beyond office hours
• To perform inventory control of IT facilities, and IT relevant system documentation
• Participate in IT project coordination and system implementation

General Requirements

• Holder of Diploma/Higher Diploma in an IT related discipline or Associate Degree in Hospitality or Information System Management
• Knowledge in Hotel System & F&B System will be an advantage
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Platform, Microsoft 365 Office, Network Infrastructure, Virtual Machine and Online Backup Solution
• Familiar with PC software and hardware knowledge support
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Information Technology Assistant
