Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback / complaints through inbound & outbound calls & emails
- Seek for possible solutions to solve customer complaints to build good customer relations; and prepare monthly reports
- Deliver excellent customer services through proactive, caring and efficient telephone service
- Manage customer communications in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
- Verify and proceed customer data to support CRM projects, such as loyalty programs, seasonal rewards and customer satisfaction surveys, etc.
- Any other Customer Care tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Certificate Holder
- Minimum 1 year solid Customer Service experience, preferable in Call Centre and/or Customer Services
- Excellent telephone manner with good listening, problem-solving and reporting skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and being able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Familiar with MS Office and Work Processing (English & Chinese)
*Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
