Qualifications & experience

• Diploma holder or above in services operations, business administration or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' sales & operations experience in retail industry
• Experience in Mattress/Bedding sector or other durable goods is preferable
• Detail-minded, cooperative & responsible
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Immediately available is preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare regular reports on Sales & Operation for management's review
• Work closely with different department to execute sales promotions
• Assist in managing daily operations of retail stores, e.g. replenish materials, prepare roster facilities repairing & deploy manpower
• Ensure product placement and displays to meet company's requirement
• Liaise with department store buyers to ensure operations effectiveness and efficiency
• Provide information to Customer Service team for following orders
• Work closely with Customer Service team to handle customers' complaints
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management
• Support sales events and projects
• Monitor the sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth
