Role & Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for all-rounded HR functions, includes but not limited to staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, budgeting, onboarding and departure, etc.
• Involve in HR projects, assist in policies or procedures review and implementation of HR initiatives
• Manage the annual performance appraisal, salary review and reward process 
• Prepare various analysis and reports for management review
• Closely work with the business partners to provide professional HR service
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
• Lead subordinates to provide office administration support
• Handle any ad hoc project assigned by the Management 

Requirements: 

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum with 10 years of HR generalist experience, familiar with HR business partnering is a plus
• Experience with and/or familiar with healthcare service industry will be an advantage
• Familiar with SAP / Cityray System, strong in data management and figures, analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to details
• Strong knowledge in employment ordinance and regulations
• Tactful and with excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure, fast paced environment and with minimum supervision
• Strong work ethics
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Immediate available will be preferred
