Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, attentive and responsible Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant, you will assist in the management of day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with scheduling meetings and events, handling incoming and outgoing paperwork and phone calls, and maintaining office equipment. If you have good communication, organisational and teamwork skills and have relevant work experience, you are welcome to join us!
