Currently, eCargo is looking for capable candidates to join our growing team in the following role:

Finance Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Report to CFO and lead the finance teams on management and financial reporting
• Lead the month-end financial closing process of the Company and its overseas subsidiaries
• Drive, review and monitor the monthly forecast and annual budgeting process with location finance teams
• Enhance workflow/processes to increase efficiency and to strengthen monitoring and risk management
• Lead and drive the internal audit review, interim and annual audit review
• Assist in statutory and tax filings and compliance of regulatory requirements (such as ASX Listing Rules, Accounting Standard and Taxation)
• Liaise with external parties (lawyers, auditors, bankers and other professionals) on various financial and compliance matters
• Perform ad-hoc projects and any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Qualified member of CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• 6-8 years working experience in the fields of finance and accounting, preferable in professional firms or listed companies;
• Relevant work experience in E-Commerce / FMCG / Fintech Sectors is an advantage
• Proactive, responsible and detail-minded, and effective at multitasking
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in FLEX will be an advantage
