Our client is an International Education organization based in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a ICT Technician to join their growing infrastructure team at their corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT user support for the organization, including head office, subsidiaries and kindergartens
• Provide day-to-day computer hardware and software configurations, installation, and troubleshooting
• Provide AV support for meetings
• Performs help desk duties and provides high-quality services to end users in a timely manner, including general support for education software, Apps and hardware
• Manage and work with appointed vendors on IT support issues
• Carry out procurement of IT-related items and maintain the asset registry for IT hardware and licensed software
• Provide end-user training on IT-related items
• Other assigned IT-related tasks
• Work together with the IT team and Kindergarten staff to provide advice on how to utilize IT in an education environment
• Required to work offsite once or twice per week

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or related disciplines with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Support experience in the below is required
• Windows 10
• Apple Mac, iPad
• Apple Apps management and installation.
• Google / O365 general administration
• AV management and support
• Familiar with MS Office, Antivirus, machine image software and other general office automation software
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• A good command of written and spoken English is essential
• Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a fast learner.
