This role will act as a technical writer to provide support in documenting business and technical requirements for enterprise systems and integrations, as well as assisting in the development and maintenance of architectural models, diagrams, and documentation to ensure effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing user manual that cover basic functionalities of the ERP system.
• Assist in creating business process diagrams that illustrate the workflow and data flow of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and shareholders to gather feedback and incorporate necessary changes into the documentation.
• Ensure the documentation is accurate, complete, consistent, and easy to understand.
• Follow the documentation standards and guidelines of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
• Relevant experience in technical writing for ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Proficient in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge of ERP concepts, business terminology and processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, detailed-oriented and a good team player.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
