Job Responsibilities

• Handle customers’ enquiries through phone calls and email with professional manner
• Coordinate with internal parties in addressing customer requirements
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• High Diploma or above
• At least 1 year of work experience in call center / customer service field
• Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese, English Word Processing
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred
