We are engaged in property investment, development and fashion retailing, with operations in China, Hong Kong, USA, Canada, Australia and various SE Asia countries. To support the Group’s continuous business needs, we now seek energetic, experienced and high caliber candidate for focusing on our Research and Development Department in Hong Kong: 

• Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent
• Lead a small team to collect and analyze market data for providing insights in stimulating management’s strategic decision-making
• Extensive experience in desktop research preferably with good knowledge in China’s economic and business environment
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience of which with TWO years in fashion retail, retail or property market will be a plus 
• Be able to work independently and collaborate or communicate with different parties
• Solid report writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) 
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Research Manager
