Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell company’s products and services to customer, and achieve business target, growth and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as assigned 
- Acquire new customers, grow customer base and develop new business 
- Retain existing customers and maximize business potential 
- Build up and maintain good relationship with customers 
- Support and participate in business programs 
- Proactively involve in cultivating online leads through company’s owned online tools, eg chatbot 
- Provide support to inbound team and handle WhatsApp enquiries if required 

Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above 
- At least 2 years in Customer Relations / Customer Service
- Working in car industry / car lover is an advantage
- Positive mindset and cheerful
- Good presentation skills (spoken and listening)
- A good team player
- Able to work under pressure environment
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua is a plus
- PC skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
