PROJECT ASSISTANT,
AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND ENGINEERING

You will be responsible for:
職責
• Providing service and support to Electrical and Mechanical Services Department ( EMSD) , including on-site support, and/or remote support
向 機電工程署 提供服務和現場和 /或遠程技術支援
• Assisting the officers of the EMSD to provide support on promotion, communication, administration and coordination
協助 機電工程署職員，支援推廣、內部溝通、行政及協調工作
• Other duties as assigned

You should possess:
資歷
• Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent;
香港中學文憑考試五科達到 2級或同等學歷以上； 或在香港中學會考的五科中達到E級或以上成績；
• Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel & Power Point);
熟練掌握微軟 Office 軟件 - 即 Word, Excel & Power Point
• Have at least one (1) year of relevant experience in (1) common office application and/or (2) engineering.
擁有至少一年辦公室文職 或 工程 工作經驗
• Mandatory Basic Safety Training; and
需持有有效的建造業安全平安咭（綠卡）
• Sound knowledge in Electronics Systems is an advantage.
熟悉電子系統 者優先考慮
• Self-motivated, good problem-solving skills
態度主動積極丶擁有良好解決問題的能力
• Independent, able to multi-task, work according to schedule and be flexible in a dynamic work environment
能夠獨立執行多項工作，按項目計劃工作，和在動態環境中靈活工作
