- Handle sales order.
- Answer to incoming calls relating to sales enquiries.
- Processing order by email or phone.
- Filing and documentation of invoice, GRN & CN etc.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents.
- Follow up with customers on any sales related feedback.
- Ensure customer relationship are maintained during the sales process.
- Achieve sales targets in cooperation with Sales Manager.
- Assist for outstanding payment collection.
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Administration support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High sense of responsibility, presentable, self-motivated, mature, and able to work independently.
