  • Handle sales order.
  • Answer to incoming calls relating to sales enquiries.
  • Processing order by email or phone.
  • Filing and documentation of invoice, GRN & CN etc.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents.
  • Follow up with customers on any sales related feedback.
  • Ensure customer relationship are maintained during the sales process.
  • Achieve sales targets in cooperation with Sales Manager.
  • Assist for outstanding payment collection.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Administration support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High sense of responsibility, presentable, self-motivated, mature, and able to work independently.
