Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Nespresso team based in Hong Kong. The role is responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive audience engagement and increase online sales for Nespresso.  It also takes care for the path to purchase, utilizing paid, owned, and earned media to raise awareness and drive intent to buy.  Additionally, it oversees eCommerce channel sales, optimizing both owned and external digital boutiques, aimed at achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving user experience.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop digital acquisition plan to increase traffic and audience on Nespresso digital touch points & Marketplace to support sales objectives 
  • Define a performance-based plan that considers global campaign plans, local requirements, competition, and budget
  • Develop remarketing strategies to optimize digital media investments across various channels like Search, Display, Social, and Affiliation, in line with B2C eBusiness guidelines
  • Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Glassbox, and Optimizely, as well as defining media strategies and plans for e-retailer channels
  • Responsible for monthly P&L management to ensure accurate spending and propose budget allocation and campaign strategies
  • Drive day-to-day traffic and audience on Nespresso digital entry points to improve the customer journey and conversion rate
  • Monitor, optimize and report local digital marketing acquisition activities and collaborate with the media agency to report on campaign performance
  • Build consistent customer journeys across online touchpoints in alignment with CRM insights, campaign plans, and commercial initiatives
  • Leads the markets' eCommerce business development and builds the strategy to deliver on sales and customer satisfaction targets (B2C & OOH) in order to enhance traffic acquisitions to conversion and retention 
  • Accountable for the exploration, assessment and development of local e-Retailing initiatives
  • Lead eCommerce Operations (B2C & e-Retailers) to ensure the operations are managed according to the Global standard, the Brand equity is protected on all digital touchpoints, and the seamless operations with other channel peers to ensure local customers are offered with an integrated, omni-channel user experience
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

 

What will make you successful

  • Degree holder or above in Business related disciplines
  • With proven experience in Digital Marketing activities driving audience on websites (SEO, SEM, Affiliation, Display, Social Media)
  • Strong in website management, eCommerce Operations (Content Management, e-Merchandising & personalization) and Web Analytics (Google Analytics certification a plus); familiarize with A/B testing tools
  • Preferably with experience in brand management, CRM / e-CRM, and managing eBusiness operations (organization, processes, guidelines) 
  • With good stakeholder management in matrix organizational structure 
  • Good people leader, able to coach, develop and motivate people as well as to lead & manage cross functional teams
  • Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, include Mandarin
