Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end payroll
- Manages the records in HR systems, ensuring that information is entered accurately
- Involve in HR system enhancement projects and regular data validation processes include entry andexit process , etc.
- Prepare and create standard or ad hoc reports and payroll-related analysis
- Participate in annual Human Resources activities, including Salary Review, Tax Filing, Budgeting and Rental Reimbursement, etc
- Prepare employment related documentations, including contracts and movement letters
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferable in HR field, with minimum 2 years of experience
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in payroll is a plus
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR practice
- Attentive to details and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office application; Knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred
