Job Description

We are looking for a Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales to drive the growth of our medical insurance claim solutions to insurers and other corporates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology-driven innovation, and a proven track record of building strong partnerships and closing deals. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager, Corporate Sales. 

 

What You'll Do:

  1. Implement business development strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
  2. Prepare marketing materials for prospects, including presentation decks, quotation draft and info pack that facilitate clients’ decision to purchase our solution.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with insurance companies, brokers, and corporates.
  4. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance industry, understanding their needs and showcasing how our solutions can add value to their business.
  5. Negotiate and close deals, including preparing quotation and business terms summary.
  6. Collaborate with our product and technology teams to gather market feedback and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  8. Represent our company at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote our brand and network with potential partners.
  9. Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and revenue metrics, providing insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

 

What You'll Bring:

  1. Proven experience (3yr+ years) in business development, sales, or partnerships within the insurance or financial services industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence senior-level executives.
  3. Strategic mindset and ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  4. Track record of successfully closing complex deals and partnerships.
  5. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. 
  6. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
