Job Description
We are looking for a Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales to drive the growth of our medical insurance claim solutions to insurers and other corporates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology-driven innovation, and a proven track record of building strong partnerships and closing deals. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager, Corporate Sales.
What You'll Do:
- Implement business development strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare marketing materials for prospects, including presentation decks, quotation draft and info pack that facilitate clients’ decision to purchase our solution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with insurance companies, brokers, and corporates.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance industry, understanding their needs and showcasing how our solutions can add value to their business.
- Negotiate and close deals, including preparing quotation and business terms summary.
- Collaborate with our product and technology teams to gather market feedback and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Represent our company at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote our brand and network with potential partners.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and revenue metrics, providing insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience (3yr+ years) in business development, sales, or partnerships within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence senior-level executives.
- Strategic mindset and ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Track record of successfully closing complex deals and partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
