Job Description

• Coordinate and maintain good relationship with different parties, including in-house technicians, sub-contractors for on-site progress and ensure workmanship fulfilling contract standard and client expectation
• Assist in preparation of quotations/tenders
• Prepare photo reports and related documents for submission to Buildings Department and clients
• Handle inquiries about maintenance works 
• Handle other ad-hoc project / tasks as assigned by Manager
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as " Engineer"

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above (Engineering/Building Services/Electrical or related discipline) 
• 1 year or above working experience which gained from Minor Works Contractor Company is highly preferable, but not essential
• Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Good problem solving skills, sales-driven, organizing and planning ability
• Independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Willing to work out-of-office in various locations
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
