Job Description

Reporting to the Support Manager, this position is a coordinator role for the activities and events on top of routine Water World operations. He or she will be involved in planning stage including communicating to parkwide stakeholders, purchasing of equipment, screening of set up requirements and creating itineraries. The position will be equipped with park operation knowledge, parkwide departmental networks and emergency SOP activation during events. In addition, he or she will also be supporting the park operation during park peak days.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above, preferably in event/ leisure/ recreation management or related disciplines
  • 2 years' experience in events coordination, preferably in hospitality, leisure and recreation industry
  • Previous operation work experience in aquatic recreation field is preferred
  • Be in good physical condition, willing to work outdoor, in water, and rotation in different departments or job areas
  • Willing to work irregular hours, weekends & public holidays
  • Able to work under pressure and detail-oriented, guest centric, flexible and adaptable to change
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, well organized with multi-tasking and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS office, Photoshop skills is preferred
  • Able to communicate in spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
