Job Description

.Responsibilities:

- Support HR Manager in all-round HR and administrative functions for company
- Responsibilities include recruitment, C&B administration, tax reporting, employee relations, performance management, procurement, and other administrative functions
- Handle PRC Tax filing, HK tax filing, and return for staff
- Assist in maintenance and enhancement of PRC HRMS
- Collaborate with local HR teams to coordinate work groups such as training, well-being, sustainability, and employer branding
- Support execution of HR policies and projects
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a generalist.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
