Job Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Specialist to manage all internal networks including Office 365 suite and Windows Active Directory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the IT infrastructure is robust and secure enabling for smooth IT operations across our offices. 

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain all networked equipment and associated operating systems
• Administer Office 365 services including user account management, permissions, and troubleshooting 
• Manage the Windows Active Directory including setup, configurations, and troubleshooting
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of all IT systems
• Implement security measure and conduct regular systems audits
• Real-time problem solving for crucial issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, or computer related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Highly proficient in networking, Office 365, and Active Directory management desired
• Experience in AWS Cloud and Alicloud governance a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams and business lines
