The incumbent will perform a supporting role for the buying team on daily operation, including all kinds of sales reports preparation and merchandising coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Support Buyers to prepare various sales performance reports
• Handle inventory allocation order, product master & purchase order 
• Assist buyer to conduct market research, product info. creation

 Requirements:

• Undergraduates majoring in Fashion & Textile or relevant disciplines
• Interested in fashion retail buying function
• 1-2 working days per week
• Attentive to details, good numerical sense and organizing skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table) PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
