My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Customer Support Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for order processing and quotation preparation for clients.
• Respond to clients' enquiries over the phone, email and live chat.
• Closely work with internal departments to provide high standard of services to clients.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Non-degree tertiary or above in any disciplines.
• 1 years customer experience. Candidates with experience in handling multinational clients is an advantage.
• Strong at communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and attentive to details.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
