Job Description
My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Customer Support Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing and quotation preparation for clients.
- Respond to clients' enquiries over the phone, email and live chat.
- Closely work with internal departments to provide high standard of services to clients.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Non-degree tertiary or above in any disciplines.
- 1 years customer experience. Candidates with experience in handling multinational clients is an advantage.
- Strong at communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and attentive to details.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
