Job Duties
 

• Supports the Accounting team to complete month-end closing, including finishing the sales billing, checking the payment status, and managing order release control.
• Works closely with the sales and supply chain teams to reconcile the sales orders on a daily basis.
• Generates reports for month-end closing and audit purposes.
• Provides payment breakdown to work on AR clearing.
• Provides support to the Accounting function for the Taiwan Office.
• Supports the team with various simple operational tasks.
   

Requirements
 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accountancy from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and hands-on working experience in SAP is a plus.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in daily work.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
