We are looking for a L2 Application support within the Luxury Retail industry. Being one of the largest international retail networks, we strive to employ talented and innovative people who are aligned to our vision and culture. This Support team sits on the e-commerce support team, and provides support for the websites, POS, digital for across APAC region. The person needs to understand which issues can be solved and which to escalate or pass-on to the specific teams.

Opportunity to work on E-commerce systems (POS, retail, website, digital as well, covering HK & APAC)

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 Support
• Understand the different e-commerce systems
• Troubleshooting and bug-fixing
• Knowing when to escalate and allocate the issues to its respective teams
• Work collaboratively and willing to work outside of working hours when situation becomes critical

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in application support
• SQL Scripting Experience 
• Retail/POS/E-commerce/Supply Chain experience
• Detailed-oriented, Passionate about tech, Eager to learn
• Can handle fast-paced environment
• Clear and concise communications in English (can articulate their intentions well)
