Key Responsibilities:

• To perform daily operations at Control Room including alarm signals processing
• To provide high-quality support for both of internal parties & external customers
• To handle and resolve customers’ enquiries
• To record call orders and arrange technical support for maintenance & emergency service
• Working hour: 23:00-07:00

 Basic Requirements:

• Holder of valid SPP & QAS Certificate is preferable
• Familiar with Electronic Systems i.e. Alarm, CCTV/DVR, Access Control is preferable
• Experience in customer service / call center is preferable
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel, with basic competency of report writing
• Immediate available preferred
