Job Description

Our client is a luxury retailer with rapid expansion within the region. They are looking for an Assistant Regional Retail Operations Manager, APAC to join the team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that quality guidelines are respected and followed
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting with measurable KPIs to ensure good follow up of the department
  • Collaborate closely with After Sale Service team
  • Collaborate regularly with different departments in different countries and on different levels (Retail Operation, Trainer, Merchandising, Visual merchandising…) on retail quality improvement
  • Identify, analyze and report problems in different countries or flow and provide recommendation on how to improve
  • Provide positive leadership through effective communications, motivational techniques, coaching, and training
  • Foster a sense of teamwork throughout the organization
  • Motivate/Train other team members to become solution orientated
  • Ensures continuous improvement and business sustainability mindset
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

 

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in related disciplines
  • 7+ years’ experience in retail environment with emphasis on operations, store management or training
  • Knowledge of international luxury environment, experience in fashion or leather good is a plus
  • Good PC skills including Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Organized, detail-minded, energetic and result-oriented
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas, people and procedures
  • Independent, able to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle diversity
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills, able to work across functional areas and levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
