One of the financial services organisations is seeking an Assistant Manager, Customer Relationship Management.

Your new role

• Drive CRM promotions to maintain existing memberships and improve overall service quality to ensure compliance of company policy and guidelines.
• Analyse customer database for formulating, driving and delivering creative CRM marketing plans.
• Handle existing members'/public enquiries and complaints independently, including replies to incoming calls/written and e-correspondence.
• Carry out marketing activities, arrange and organise member activities and events.
• Communicate and work independently with external service providers, production houses, external parties and internal departments to develop and implement marketing communication initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder or above in Business administration, statistics, marketing, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years in Marketing analysis/ Business intelligence in banking, financial services, hospitality or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, with an eager to learn mentality
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Good command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Word.
